  • Contraception and sexual health
  • Blood pressure and weight checks
  • Blood tests
  • NHS Health Checks
  • Child health checks
  • Vaccinations and immunisations
  • Long term condition management
  • Cervical Smears, hormone replacement monitoring (HRT)
  • Diagnostic ECGs
  • INR clinics
  • Ear syringing (please see the NHS self-help guidance Earwax build-up – NHS)

Maternity care, postnatal care

Ladies are requested to make a appointment with the midwife when they first discover they are pregnant, this can be done using the online booking form found here. The midwife will need to know the date the last period started and will advise on the next steps.

Travel vaccinations

We offer a range of foreign travel immunisations. Please fill in our online travel risk assessment form prior to your appointment with the practice nurse, so that the nurse can give you up to date advice regarding you travel.

It is important to book your appointment as early as possible – ideally at least 10 weeks before you travel – as these vaccines are not kept in stock and have to be ordered.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.

Please note that we are not a yellow fever centre so cannot provide yellow fever vaccinations. If you require a yellow fever vaccination Find a yellow fever vaccination centre near you (please note yellow fever vaccine is not available for free on the NHS).
