Surgery clinics

We offer a range of clinics and services at the surgery. There are some tasks you can do, such as health reviews, using our online forms.

Asthma/COPD (Spirometry)

If you have been advised by the surgery to submit a review of your asthma or COPD symptoms, please complete our online Asthma review form or online COPD review form.

Childhood immunisations

By appointment with the practice nurse.

Drug monitoring

Including Warfarin, anti-rheumatic drugs and lithium.

Ear syringing

Appointments can be booked after a telephone consultation with the practice nurse.

Flu clinic

Please see the link attached for information on those entitled to a flu vaccine: Flu vaccine – NHS (www.nhs.uk).

Travel vaccinations

Please fill in our online travel risk assessment form prior to an appointment with the practice nurse.

It is important to book this consultation as early as possible – ideally at least 6 weeks before you travel – as these vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock vaccine and you will need to receive them 2 weeks before you travel to allow them to work.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.

Please note that we are not a yellow fever centre so cannot provide yellow fever vaccinations. If you require a yellow fever vaccination Find a yellow fever vaccination centre near you (please note yellow fever vaccine is not available for free on the NHS).

Well woman clinic

Including cervical smears, Depo-Provera (3 monthly contraceptive injection) and pill checks. This service is provided by the practice nurse team.
