The formal merger of Blakeney Surgery and Coleford Medical Practice will take place on 1st August 2025 to become Dean Medical Practice. This will require an update to our clinical system, which will take place between 4pm on 4th August 2025 and 8:30am on 5th August 2025. During this time patients will unfortunately experience reduced services.
Please bear with us while the updates to the system are being implemented. We would like to thank all our patients for their consideration to our staff during this change.
Disruption during system merger
During the system merger, the practice has limited access to systems, therefore we request that you only contact the practice if your condition is urgent during this period.
